Hi, I am trying to implement CSS based navigation. What is the best and most flexible way to achieve this. Thanks.

My suggestion would be Snapsis Navigation menu or you can try DNN360 Navigation Suite. I find the first one more flexible but you have to code everything in CSS file. The second is good for vertical expandable menus.
