News feed error - could not be loaded.

Hi am having problems with pulling rss feed via news feed module, I get following errors:
 
Could Not Connect To http://xxxx.xxx You Should Verify The Source Address Is Valid And That Your Hosting Provider Has Configured Their Proxy Server Settings Correctly
 
and in newer module version
 
Feed http://xxxx.xxx could not be loaded. Error: Download error
 
It is strange as on another site of main it works ok and I can not see anything different with current set up.
I tried different version of News feed module  but no luck, when I loaded Orizonti Nuke Feed I received the following error:
 
Feed could not be loaded.
 
I am using DNN 4.95
Please help

Hi

There could be couple of reasons

1. your feed is in the wrong format

2. you have an entry in proxy settings under host settings (try with all the fields empty, unless you need your proxy settings)
