How to link to DNN content without showing header and footer

I have another application that I want to feed info to. From a DNN site. The DNN site page I want to get the content from has a simple HTML page with a table.

I would create an empty skin just with content pane where you can place the module. This page does not need to be a visible or navigable part of your site. As long as it is allowed to be seen by all users than you can display it anywhere via iFrame
